By purchasing a service you agree to these terms. Services are delivered personally by Trisha Hart Coaching and are intended for coaching and evaluation purposes only.

Purchases & turnaround

Payment is required before a routine review submission can be made. Standard turnaround is five business days from the date a complete submission, including video, is received. Priority and rush upgrades shorten that window as described at checkout.

Video submissions

You certify that you are authorized to submit each video and its contents. Videos are stored privately and are used solely to prepare your feedback. They are never published or shared publicly.

Memberships

VIP Coaching Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over.

Refunds

Because feedback is a personally produced deliverable, completed reviews are non-refundable. Contact us before submission if you need to change or cancel an order.
